With over 20 years in the hospitality industry, Kamal founded Midtown Hotel and Lodge Pvt. Ltd. with a vision to create a dining experience that celebrates Nepal's rich culinary heritage while embracing modern hospitality standards.

Nirmal Pokhrel

A culinary expert with a Hotel Management degree and 5-star training at Mondrian Doha, Chef Nirmal combines international techniques with authentic Nepali flavors. His luxury hospitality background elevates every dish to an exceptional standard.
